AHM events are held at 2 levels. One is held at the vertical level, and the 2nd is at the organization level. In both types (Vertical & Organisation) of AHM, there are awards given to the employees in recognition of their good work.

AHM (All Hands Meeting) is a recurring organizational event at Xoriant, where senior leaders share key updates, strategic direction, and major achievements with employees. The event also includes an awards segment that recognizes individuals and teams for their outstanding contributions to the organization. AHM is conducted at two levels: 1. Vertical-Level AHM Each business vertical hosts its own AHM to highlight vertical-specific progress, milestones, and performance. Employees are recognized for their excellence and impact within their respective verticals. 2. Organization-Level AHM: A company-wide AHM where leadership shares overall organizational updates, company vision, achievements, and upcoming initiatives. Awards at this level honor employees whose work has significantly contributed to Xoriant’s broader goals. Across both levels, the AHM awards serve to motivate employees, celebrate achievements, and reinforce Xoriant’s culture of appreciation and excellence.
1. Managing Two Levels of AHM Since AHM is conducted at both vertical and organizational levels, coordinating communication, schedules, and content consistency became complex. Ensuring alignment between both events required significant planning. 2. Award Nomination & Selection Complexity: Different verticals followed different nomination processes. Consolidating nominations, ensuring fairness, and maintaining transparency across levels often led to delays and operational challenges. 3. Communication Gaps: Employees were not always fully aware of event agendas, award categories, or criteria. This reduced participation and engagement in some verticals. 4. Manual and Time-Consuming Processes Most AHM activities—data collection, nomination handling, approvals, and communication—were handled manually, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and repetitive work for HR and admin teams. 5. Inconsistent Experience Across Verticals Because each vertical hosted its own event, the quality of presentations, branding, and overall experience often varied, reducing the sense of unified organizational culture. 6. Tracking and Documenting Achievements: Capturing employee contributions, validating data, and preparing citations for awards required significant effort due to lack of a centralized tracking system. 7. Ensuring High Engagement: Keeping employees actively engaged—especially in virtual or hybrid formats—was a challenge. Attendance, participation, and enthusiasm varied depending on vertical and timing.
