This project aims to streamline risk management through the Risk Management Application (RMA). Project managers submit risks to their reporting managers, and these risks are automatically reflected in the Weekly Status Report (WSR) along with system-generated notifications. To ensure all risks remain current, the BSG team runs daily, weekly, and monthly schedulers that update and validate the risk data within RMA. This process supports timely visibility, accurate reporting, and effective risk control across projects.

The project enhances the organization’s risk management process by centralizing all risk-related activities within the Risk Management Application (RMA). It enables Project Managers and Reporting Managers to efficiently add, analyze, update, and delete risks while ensuring automatic integration with the Weekly Status Report (WSR). Notifications keep stakeholders informed of any changes, ensuring timely action. The BSG team supports the process by running automated schedulers—daily, weekly, and monthly—to keep all risk data updated and consistent across the system. This ensures accurate reporting, improved visibility, and proactive project risk control.
Ensuring accurate and timely risk updates within RMA and WSR, maintaining reliable scheduler operations for daily, weekly, and monthly risk updates and driving user compliance and adoption of the standardized risk management process.
