SCBN (Supply Chain Business Network) Hub

Users are created in B2Bi SaaS, but access permissions are managed separately in each application. This means admin must open multiple applications to onboard a single user, making the process time-consuming and error-prone. They want to move the application permissions to the Hub for a single place to view, manage, and maintain user access and permissions.

Project Overview

A simplified and consolidated user access management across different applications in SCBN Hub.

The Challenge

Users are unable to view cumulative information about users and their access permissions, as they must wait for users to register themselves in the SCBN Hub before assigning them permissions. Additionally, there is minimal control over user roles, and the existing application lacks data filter options.
